It has been a while since I sent out some blog love. I actually think I may not have done it on here at all yet. Shame on me. So for Friday Favourites I thought I would share the top five blogs I am loving right now.
I am going to start off with Lexe. This girl is amazing. She is one of a kind. I love her sassy, smart assy way of looking at life. Just when you think Lexe and her husband Marcus can’t get any cuter you find out they are having a baby. She used to blog over at Lexe in the City but is rebranding to better suit her new lifestyle over at Lexe and Co. I’ll let her tell you more about that. My favourite post of hers this week was when she told the story of how they found out they were expecting or what she calls Pregnancy, Day 1. You would be crazy not to check this girl out.
Next is Olya, she blogs over at The Siberian American. She’s a self-proclaimed nomad from Texas. If it is possible I think she loves cruising just as much as I do. Olya and her husband who is in med school have been on some pretty awesome trips. My favourite post of hers this week was actually a guest post she did for Venus Trapped in Mars with some awesome travel tips for couples. Go over and see all the amazing pictures she has taken from their travel adventures around the world.
One of the newest blogs I have started following has very quickly become a favourite of mine. Carly from Let Us Wanderlust is a girl after my own heart. I think the wanderlust says it all. Plus, this week she posted a video of her January Favourites which just made me love her even more. That accent has got to be the best. She’s so sweet and fabulous you must check her out.
I found Kerri at Cheshire Kat a while back through my blogging twin. I am going to talk about her next. They are best friends from real life going way back. I figured that meant I should stalk the crap out of this girl ahh ya I mean check out her blog since surely we must have things in common too. I love her sense of humour. She loves her bourbon as much as I love me a good bottle glass of wine. She even has a bourbon bucket list which actually wasn’t from this week so a bonus for you. Check out this amazing skinny buffalo chicken dip recipe that has even this vegetarian salivating.
I am sure you may have noticed me mentioning my blogging twin, Laurie before. She blogs over at Andiamo about her incredibly gorgeous family and whatever is going on in their very busy lives. She is a super mom and a fellow wanderlusting wino. Oh, and she has perfected the art of the side eye. My favourite post of her’s this week? Ahh, hmmmm. Do I really have to choose? D. All of the above. Ever. But really this week has proved the her and Handy Matty should really have one of those DIY shows on HGTV or at least an Etsy store and Canadian mule. Damn international shipping charges. I need this and this in my life already. Get on over too her blog now and fall in love with her 3 gorgeous kids. And her of course.
